Ingredients
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tbs. liquor

Preparation
Step 1
Bring to boil in a small pan:
¾ cup heavy cream
Remove from heat and add:
the chocolate, stir until the chocolate is melted. Cover and stand 10 minutes. Stir gently until smooth. Stir in:
1 tbs. liquor
Let stand until mixture is spreadable.
