- 1 head (about 2 pounds) purple cabbage, quartered
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar

Step 1
Fill a large saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil. Add cabbage; cover and cook until tender. Remove from heat and drain water. Using a large spoon, separate leaves of cabbage. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return saucepan to medium heat and cook 5 minutes.
