Ingredients
- Chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup finey chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup vingar
- 1 tablespoon worchesterhire sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey

Step 1
For sauce:
In a sauce pan cook chopped onion and minced garlic in cooking oil untill onion is tender, but NoT brown. Stir in the catsup, vinegar, worchestershire sauce, brown sugar, celery seed, dry mustard, salt and pepper and bottled hot pepper sauce. Bring mixture to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Stirring once or twice during cooking. Pour over your chicken.
