Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork spareribs
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 TBL cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 4-5 good shakes tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle ribs with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper, combine remaining ingredients and pour over spare ribs, cook at 325 for around 3 hours.
