Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup thawed blueberries
- 2 tbs. bread crumbs
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 portion of crepes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine filling ingredients, except for ¼ cup blueberries, mix until smooth and put a spoonful of filling onto each crepe. Fold the ends toward the center and roll up. Melt butter, and fry until golden on both sides.
