  • PEANUTS, 1/2 cup
  • FRESH CHIVES, 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • SALT, 1/2 tsp
  • GARLIC CLOVE, 2 minced
  • CHILI PASTE, 1 Tbsp
  • CIDER VINEGAR, 1 cup
