- 3 pounds pork ribs
- 1 Tablespoon Tony Chachere's seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Step 1
Combine the ribs with water to cover in a large stockpot. Simmer for 1 hour; drain well. Mix the chili powder, onion salt and cumin in a bowl. Sprinkle over the ribs. Grill over hot coals for 45 minutes.
