Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 (14 oz) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 pkt veggie burger *
- 1 T each vinegar
- 1/2 t salt (more?), caraway seeds
- 1/4 t each pepper
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 3 oz wide noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Procedure:
1. a. Chop all vegetables.
b. Measure the veggie burger.
c. Make the Salad.
2. Start the noodles as instructed below.
3. About 10 minutes after turning on the water for the noodles start the Skillet Supper.
Prepare:
Start the water for the noodles in the 3 qt saucepan about 20 minutes before the Halloween Supper is to be assembled. When water comes
to a boil add the noodles and cook for 7 minutes; drain.
Spray the large fry pan with PAM, add water and saute the garlic, onion and celery for 6 minutes. Add the sauerkraut, additional liquid if needed,
cover and saute/steam for 5 minutes until hot.
Add the burger, vinegar and spices and stir fry 5 minutes or until spices are mixed and everything is hot. Stir in the cooked
noodles and cubed cheese and toss until well mixed.
Spoon into Serving Dish and sprinkle with paprika.
