Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 (8 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate bits
1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and set aside flour and salt.

Blend butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Add semisweet chocolate bits and nuts.

Shape in 1-inch balls. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 F on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cool and roll in powdered sugar. Freeze well.
