Shrimp Mold - Harry Losey - Dec. 1984

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can tomato soup
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 pkg Knox gelatin
  • water
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/8 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can small shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Heat tomato soup.
Add cream cheese to soup and stir to melt, then remove from heat.
Add gelatin and water. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Chill until solid, about one hour.
Serve with crackers.
