- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast (one 1/4oz pkg quick rise)
