- 1 box red velvet cake mix plus ingredients
- 1 container (16 oz.) cream cheese icing
- 1 lb. almond bark, white or chocolate

Step 1
Bake cake according to box directions in a greased 9 x 13 pan. When cool, crumble into a large bowl and mix in icing. Form into ping pong sized balls and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm. Melt almond bark and stir until smooth. Dip balls into melted bark and place onto waxed paper to dry.
