Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup (6 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar*
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips until smooth. Add pecans. Stir until well coated. In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Fold in chocolate mixture. Fill paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-38 minutes. Makes 18-24.

* I used 1 cup sugar, ½ cup brown sugar.
