Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 lg red onion, thinly sliced & separated into rings
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 lb fresh scallops
- 1 to 2 tsp hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add onion, Cajun seasoning, and pepper; saute 3 min. Add butter and garlic; saute 30 seconds. Add scallops; cook 1 min or until browned. Sprinkle with hot sauce; turn. Cook 3 min or until done.
