Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 6 to 8 tart apples
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1\2 cup of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of tapioca
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup butter or oleo
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Filling:

wash and shread apples (or slice)
mix the next four ingredients together
into rolled pie crust alternate flour mixture and apples
starting with flour mixture first



Topping:

mix sugar and butter until creamy add the vanilla then add
flourand mix until crumbly9 (more flour may be needed) put
topping on top of apple pie

bake at 350 degrees until bubbly
anywhere from 1 hour to an hour to an hour and a half
