Ingredients
- 250g Chocolate
- 3 Eggs
- 60g Caster Sugar
- 10ml Liqueur
- 250ml Cream

Step 1
Melt chocolate, cool, add liqueur.
Meanwhile, beat eggs and sugar and thick, pale and ribbons form.
Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture.
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Fold into chocolate mixture.
Chill until set.
