Ingredients
- 4 ounces boiling water
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3 ounces dark rum
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Nutmeg for sprinkling

Step 1
Pour boiling water into an Irish coffee glass, add brown sugar and stir. Add rum and butter and stir until butter is melted. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
