Spicy chicken on Skewer

Ingredients
- optional:
- 1/2 t. crushed red pepper
- 4 t. soy sauce
- 3 T. sugar
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 3 T rice wine (sake)
- 2 red bell peppers cut in 1 in. squares
- 2 green bell peppers cut in 1 in. squares
- 1 lb. ckicken cut into strips
- crushed garlic
- ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Soak skewers in cooking wineto keep from burning. In a bowl blend first six ingredients together, then add the chicken strips and marinate for 30 to 45 minutes. Drain chicken and reserve marinade for brushing over skewers as they are cooked.
Skewer chicken and peppers in an alternating fashion. Grill skewers 2 minutes on one side and turn cooking the othr side for 2 minutes until done.brush with reserved marinate while cooking. Do not over cook or thechicken will be dry.
