  • Corn (cream of corn or mexicorn?)
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • Cheese (Mexican cheese, mozz., or cheddar?)
  • Sour cream
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • 2 cans of chicken

Step 1

Cook rice as directed. Heat beans and corn in microwave or on stove. Heat chicken on stove with lime juice. Layer on plates.
