Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 4-6oz each
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1


Mix all ingredients, except chicken, and brush the marinade on the chicken breasts. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat the grill at medium heat. Grill the breasts for 7 to 8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness and serve.
