Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pkgs brown gravy mix

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine ground beef, parsley, onion salt, garlic powder, bread crumbs, milk and egg. Form into 1” meatballs.

2. Brown, drain and place in a Crockpot. Cover and turn on low for 3 hours. When ready to serve, prepare gravy and stir into meatballs.
