Ingredients
- 3 Lbs. Ground turkey, thawed
- 1 C. Onions, diced
- 1/2 C. Green peppers, diced
- 1/2 C. Celery, diced
- 2 T+. Chili powder
- 2 t. Garlic powder
- 2 t. Onion powder
- 2 Cn. Petite diced tomatoes, 28oz
- 2 Cn. Dark red kidney beans, drained, 15oz
- 1 Cn. Pinto beans, drained, 15oz
- 1 Cn. Diced mild green chilies, 4oz

Step 1
Brown turkey, onions, green peppers, and celery. Stir in spices and tomatoes, beans and green chilies. Add a 28oz. can of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover pot and simmer until consistency you desire.
