Ingredients
- 6-8 large ripe tomatoes, chopped (5 lbs)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 5 1/2 oz tomato paste
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp coarse pickling salt
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Mix all ingredients together. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Can be frozen.
