- 1 1/2 cups sliced cooked potatoes, or
- 1 (9-ounce) package frozen French fries
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup light sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Place the potatoes in the center of a 14-inch square of heavy-duty foil. Mix the sour cream, soup mix and light cream in a bowl. Spoon over the potatoes. Close the foil and fold securely. Grill on a gas grill at medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
