Ingredients
- 1 Bag (Small) Red Beans
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Clover & Powder, Basil & Chervil
- Spicy Sausage Cut into Small, Thin Slices
- Ham Bone

Preparation
Step 1
Boil Beans for 1 Hr. Drain & Cover again with Water. Add Salt & Pepper & Garlic Powder. Simmer 1 Hr.
Saute onions, Garlic Clove & Gr. Pepper. Add Sausage. Add Mixture & Ham to Beans. Add Basil & Chervil to taste
Simmert 2 Hrs. Total time to Simmer is 3-4 Hrs. May add water as needed to thin. (Kathy Hayes)
