Ingredients
- 1 cup All Bran
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups Bran Buds

Step 1
In small bowl, pour boiling water over All Bran. Let stand. In large bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk, sugar and oil. Add the All Bran mixture to egg mixture. Stir in next four ingredients until moistened. Add raisins. Stir in Bran Buds. Batter may be covered and stored in refrigerator for 3 weeks. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
