- 1 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons dried leaf herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until melted, stirring once or twice. Stir in herbs celery salt and onion salt; mix well. Stir before brushing on poultry.
Suggested Herbs: tarragon, rubbed sage, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, savory.
