Ingredients
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup cooked whole wheat pasta such as spirals, shells
- 1 cup cooked broccoli, asparagus, peppers and onions
- 1/4 cup light tomato sauce
- 4 oz. cooked chicken, lean ground turkey, chopped lean chicken sausage

Step 1
Place pasta, vegetables, tomato sauce and chicken in a bowl and stir to mix well. Refrigerate, covered until ready to use. Heat in microwave or serve chilled.
