• 3 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2/3 c olive oil
• 4 cloves pressed garlic
• 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (or more)
• 1 tsp oregano
• 2 tsp red hot sauce
