Ingredients

1 egg
1 c buttermilk
2T melted butter
1 c flour
1T sugar
1t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/2t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg; add remaining ingredients in order listed. Beat with whisk.

If using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and reduce soda to 1/2 teaspoon.

Cook as you would normally make pancakes.
