Ingredients
- 9 Inch Double Pie
- Crust
- 1 C Splenda Grandular
- [7 C Baking Apples,
- (about 7 medium),
- peeled, cored &
- thinly sliced]
- 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/8 Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Bake 425º 40-50 minutes.
Preheat oven and prepare double
pie crust; set aside.
Place sliced apples into a large bowl
and set aside.
In a smaller bowl combine splenda,
cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt.
Sprinkle mixture over the apples and toss.
Spoon apples into pie crust. Place the
second crust over the filling.
Seal edges, trim and flute. Make small
openings in top crust and bake until the
top crust is golden brown.
