Ingredients
- 4 sesame seed bun tops
- 1 small red onion
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1/4 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 8 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded Cheddar cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice bun tops into 1/4 inch strips. Arrange in single layer and bake 8-10 minutes until lightly toasted. Cool completely.
Slice 1/2 of the onioin into rings and tomatoes into quarters and set aside.
Cook ground beef. Chop remaining onion, pickles and add to ketchup, mustard. Add cooked meat to the mixture.
To serve arrange the lettuce on a serving platter. Spoon beef mixture over lettuce and top with cheese, tomatoes, and sliced onions. Arrange bun croutons around the edge of the platter and serve immediately.
