  • Turkey neck
  • Turkey gilblets and live
  • 4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 whole onion
  • flour or cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Put neck, giblets, and liver in saucepan. Add 4 cups of chicken broth. Add 1 stalk of celery cut into chunks and 1 whole small onion. cover and simmer slowly about 2 hours when giblets are done. Strain soup. Do not add seasoning. If desired, chicken gravy, add little bit of flour or cornstarch. Stir into small amount of gravy, then small amount into pot of gravy.
