Ingredients
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut into strips, set aside
- 1 tbls spoon of caper - set aside
- 2 cloves of garlic- set aside
- 1 large red onion cut in half and sliced thin - set aside
- 1 reg can of tomato sauce and 1 small can
- 3 chicken breast
- small amount of black olives
- grated parmesen cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Lowrys garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
take sauce and add part of the onion and capers along
with the sliced garlic and simmer on the stove,
adding some italian seasoning .
Put your pasta on to cook.
Now take breast and strip all fat the with the
rolling pin roll them flat, strip and cube lightly
sprinkle with Lowrys garlic salt
Heat your olive oil and add chicken and brown
on all sides, then add your bell pepper cracked pepper,
coarse salt and some Italian seasoning, now add your
simmering sauce and simmer together
When pasta is ready combine all ingredients including
some parmesean, toss add remaining pasta and mix
throughly and put parmesean cheese on top.
