Ingredients

I made these but in a snickerdoodle cookie version. I followed the recipe on the sugar cookie bag and just rolled it in cinnamon sugar then placed them into a regular size cupcake pan. Came out great and for the filling, I just added a scoop of ice cream in it topped with chocolate/caramel drizzle.

These are SO delicious and VERY addicting !! The only trouble I had was after I had cooked for the alloted amount of time, the middle turned out still doughy... After cooling and filling them, you wouldn't notice. Overall - SCRUMPTIOUS !!
