Ingredients
- 1 & 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 & 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 T. minced onion
- 2 T. parsley
- 2 t. Beau Monde
- 2 t. dill weed
- 2 - 3 oz. pkg. pressed corned beef, chopped fine
- 2 loaves unsliced rye bread

Preparation
Step 1
Combine mayo, sour cream, minced onion, parsley, Beau Monde and dill. Blend well. Stir in corned beef. Chill. Hollow out center of 1 loaf of bread to make serving bowl. Cut portion of bread removed and 2nd loaf into bite sized pieces. Just before serving, pour into bread bowl. Serve with bread pieces for dippers.
