• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 pkg. mint chips divided
• 3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) softened butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 /12 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• confectioners sugar to dust

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Melt 1 cup chips. Beat butter and sugar, add melted chips & vanilla. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture. Stir in remaining chips, Chill.

Shape into balls. Coat in Conf. Sugar. Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased sheet for 10-12 mins
