Ingredients
- 1 lb rice sticks
- 1/2 lb bean sprouts
- 1/2 lb BBQ pork strip (char-shu)
- 1 med green pepper
- 6 med green onions
- 2 med onions
- 1/2 lb chicken breasts
- 1/2 lb small shrimp
- 1 med red pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp curry pwd
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp KNORR chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
Soak rice sticks in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes, until completely soft and dripped dry.
Shred chicken and BBQ in small pieces.
Cut onions, green and red pepper, green onions lenghtwise.
Heat wok, brown onions with garlic, then add curry pwd for a fe seconds.
Add chicken, shrimp, rice stick, peppers, bean sprouts.
Add water, and remaining seasonings, serve with cut up greens.
