Ingredients

¼ cup chopped red pepper
¼ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup chopped onions
1 (16 ounce) package frozen meatballs, cooked as package directs
1 Cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons honey

Preparation

Step 1

Puree vegetables. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Place in microwave safe bowl. Cover loosely and microwave until hot.

Can be served in sandwich buns with cheddar cheese.
