Ingredients
- 2 cups drained canned chickpeas
- 2/3 cup tahini (see Note)
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and cumin in a blender container. Process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator. Freezes well.
Note: Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. If tahini is unavailable, use enough olive oil to make the dip smooth.
