Sauce: My best Chimichurri

Being a native in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida allows me the privilege of sampling all kinds of interesting cuisines, and this sauce is just fabulous as a marinade on skirt steak or even ribeye, and then if the meat is grilled, you can slather on more sauce while the meat is resting.
If you are like me, you don't have to be Latino to make this sauce "deliciosos"!

Use a food processor for easiest and best results.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup of good extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 large bunch of cilantro
  • 2 whole cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
