Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1-1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chips
- 1/8 tsp. green food coloring

Preparation
Step 1
Scald milk until bubbles form around edges of pan. Remove from heat. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Stir in half and half, peppermint, whipping cream and green food coloring. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Pour into canister and freeze as directed. Remove dasher immediately and stir in chocolate.
