Ingredients
- 2 pkgs mixed greens
- 2-3 sliced pears
- pecan halves - baked @ 300 degrees for 10 minutes
- 8 oz gargonzola cheese
- golden raisins
- Dressing;
- 3T balsamic vinegar
- 2T red wine vinegar
- 2T walnut oil
- 3/4c olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Toss greens with pears, pecans, an cheese.
Putdressing right on before serving. This dressing is too much for just one salad. Put dressing on moderately and adjust to taste.
