  • 1 (15.25oz) package pillsbury funfetti cake mix
  • 1 (12oz) can sprite zero
  • 1 (8oz) container fat free nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 (1.5oz) package vanilla instant pudding

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 cupcake tins with paper liners. in a large bowl, combine dry cake mix and sprite. Continue to mix until the batter is smooth without any lumps. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter into every cupcake wrapper. Bake 20 mintues. Let cool.

When cupcakes are completely cooled, use an electric mixer to combine whipped topping and pudding until smooth. Spread over cupcakes.
