Ingredients

  • 2 packets instant potatoes
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • ½ lb hamburger meat
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 (14oz) mixed vegetables, without the potatoes, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix potatoes according to box directions. Add the soup packet to the potatoes, set aside to allow to thicken.

2. Brown hamburger meat with onions, drain excess oil. Add the vegetables, meat and cheese to the potatoes, mixing well.

3. Form 6 potato patties from the mixture and lay on a sprayed cookie sheet. Put in a 350F oven for 20 mins. Serve hot.
