Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 2 cups cooked, diced chicken

  • 1/2 cup cabbage, sliced thinly

  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced diagonally

  • 3/4 cup bean sprouts

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp water

  • salt & pepper

  • 2 green onions, minced

Directions

Mix soy sauce and cornstarch with water. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir fry 1 min. Add cabbage, toss. Add celery, toss. Add bean sprouts and sugar. Stir fry 1 min more. Pour in chicken broth. Cover, lower heat and simmer 5 min. Add cornstarch mixture. Stir until sauce thickens and clears. Serve sprinkled with green onions.
