Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 dairy sour cream
  • 2 cups (about 1/2 of 17 oz package) yellow cake mix
  • 1 package Coconut Pecam or Coconut Almond Frosting Mix
  • 2 Tbsps margarine
  • Optional: Can add nuts as desired

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Generously greas and flour 8-9 inch square pan., In small mixing bowl combine eggs, sour cream. Add two cups of the dry cake mix. STIR BY HAND until well combined.

Spread about 1/2 batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup dry frosting mix over batter. Repeat with remainiung ingredients. Dot with margarine.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm.
