  • 185 grams flour
  • 35 grams self rising flour

Step 1

Beat butter with a mixer until smooth, butter should not change color, add sugar and egg and beat only until combined Stir in 1/2 the flours with a wooden spoon. Work in remaining flour and kneat very gently to bring together, do not overhandle. Wrap in plastic and chill 30 minutes.

Roll pastry and place inpie plate, prick base and chill 30 minutes.
