Ingredients
- 1 lb. Roquefort or Blue cheese
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. ea.) cream cheese, beaten
- 1 tbs. minced green onion
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs. paprika
- 2 tbs. brandy
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together (no nuts) and roll into a ball. Chill for at least 1 hour. Roll in nuts.
