Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 package Jello instant White Chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. raspberry extract (increase to 1 tsp. if not using dried raspberries)
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hershey's raspberry flavored chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. freeze-dried raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour with baking soda; set aside.
Combine margarine, sugars, pudding mix, vanilla and raspberry extract. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips, nuts and dried raspberries. Batter will be stiff.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
You can find freeze-dried raspberries and raspberry extract at specialty grocery stores such as Whole Foods.
